A FASCINATING JOURNEY AWAITS
Itinerary
January 29 – February 10
Day 1: Delhi
The program will commence with a welcome ceremony followed by breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, we will explore the historical and spiritual landmarks of India’s capital Delhi, including the majestic Red Fort, the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, and experience the colorful and lively markets where the vibrancy of India’s capital city truly comes to life.
Day 2: Vrindavan and Agra
We will visit the enchanting temples of Vrindavan, the playground of Lord Krishna then to Agra to watch the sunset across the river Yamuna.
Day 3: Agra and Gwalior
We will witness the breathtaking beauty of the Taj Mahal, make a quick stop at the famous Red Fort, and then depart to Gwalior, a place rich in royal heritage.
Day 4: Gwalior and Khajuraho
We will spend the morning finishing our visit in Gwalior sightseeing at the Fort then depart to Khajuraho to see the intricately carved Kama Sutra Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Day 5: Khajuraho and Allahabad
We will continue to visit the temples in Khajuraho then depart to Allahabad (Prayagraj), a significant and historical city and the home of the 2025 Maha Kumbha Mela.
Day 6: Maha Kumbha Mela
We will visit the Kumbha Mela, walk the banks of the Ganges, see various Sadhu (Ascetic) Camps and participate in ceremonies throughout the day.
Day 7: Maha Kumbh Mela
We will continue to visit various Sadhu Camps during the day and later attend a special Puja conducted by high-ranking Brahmins exclusively for our private group.
Day 8: Varanasi
We will experience the spiritual heart of India at the ghats of the Ganges, where the sacred river rituals and the ancient cityscape create a mesmerizing and intoxicating atmosphere. We will participate in the evening Ganga Aarti and enjoy activities near the river.
Day 9: Varanasi
We will participate in a special Puja at the Vishwanath Temple exclusively for our private group. In the evening, attend the daily Ganga Aarti.
Day 10: Bodhgaya and Sarnath
We will walk in the footsteps of the Buddha at Bodh Gaya, where he attained enlightenment, and Sarnath, where he delivered his first sermon. We will visit the revered stupas and temples that mark these significant Buddhist sites.
Day 11: Bodhgaya
We will continue to visit significant sites around Bodh Gaya, meditate in the temple, and explore the local market.
Day 12: Nalanda and Patna
We will explore the various Buddhist and archeological sites in Nalanda and then head to Patna, a place rich in Sikh heritage.
Day 13: Panta and Closing Ceremony
We will spend the first half of the day visiting the sacred Gurdwaras and monuments that commemorate the history and traditions of Sikhism. Our trip will conclude this day with a closing ceremony and lunch and then flights back to Delhi.
